The tropical Storm Ian which was found in the central Caribbean with 40 mph winds and this may grow with 115 mph winds and gusts of 140 mph by Wednesday afternoon. Centre of the storm will be near Port Charlotte. This is the same place where Hurricane Charley in 2004 made a shocking landfall and then hit united stated of America.
